Founded in 2016 by leading credit risk recruiters and a high growth management consulting firm, we have grown considerably over the past 4 years, doubling our turnover and headcount in the last 18 months.

Originally operating out of a small office in Lime Street by Leadenhall Market, we have now moved to larger offices in London Bridge, in the shadow of the Shard! Our logo is based upon the beloved, historic legend that is Old Tom of Leadenhall Market.

We are an APSCO approved recruitment firm and service the permanent, contract, temporary and executive search market. The majority of our work is done on an exclusive, retained basis whilst we also work on a contingency basis for certain clients.
