Our work as a company
In 2022, the team chose Mind and Macmillan for our charities to fundraise for. Starting with Mind, the team held a bake sale, raising £300 and also competed in a Tough Mudder over the summer. The Tough Mudder is a 15k race and challenge with muddy obstacles to really test the contestants; the team did an amazing job and took the fundraising total to £3000. For Macmillan, we kicked off the fundraising with another bake sale, this time raising £1000, and reached a grand total of £3000 for Macmillan with our Charity Quiz!
Supporting the Leadenhall team
We’ve also had some of the team embark on their own fundraising; there has been a marathon for the British Heart Foundation, a half marathon for Macmillan and we are expecting even more in 2023. We have also donated €7000 to charities aiding Ukraine, such as Peace for Ukraine and HelpUkraine.Centre. These efforts were led by one of our directors, Dana Drutis, who has also worked to house Ukrainian refugees and raise money herself. Another team member also drove to the Polish-Ukrainian border with supplies for those in need.
