About Katie, our Head of Legal
Katie leads the Legal Executive Search team here at Leadenhall, with a global reach and particular focus on the UK and US markets. She works with US/Magic Circle law firms, specialist boutique firms and in-house legal teams across multiple industries supporting high quality talent acquisition and hiring strategies. She typically covers roles ranging from Associate to Partner and General Counsel with base salaries from £100k-£800k. She works in an exclusive, retained or contingent capacity with her client base, consistently obtaining repeat business and positive experience reports following her engagement.
Katie enjoys working with highly intellectual and ambitious individuals as a career consultant and with impressive clients as a key support to their growth and strategy to meet specific business goals.
